How can JSP send UTF-8 characters to JavaMail server ?

Subject: How can JSP send UTF-8 characters to JavaMail server ?
Date: Mon, 24 Jan 2005 01:37:55 -0800
Please help me.
My problem is sending mail from a JSP web-page to
Java-mail server. Of course it's OK if the mail
content is purely English. But the system has to
support the regional language. Setting charset to
UTF-8 and encoding quoted-printable in JSP doesn't
work.
What do I have to do now ?
Following is the related JSP piece of code:
// Create the message part
//BodyPart messageBodyPart = new MimeBodyPart();
MimeBodyPart messageBodyPart = new MimeBodyPart();
messageBodyPart.setText(mail_content, "utf-8");
messageBodyPart.setHeader("Content-Transfer-Encoding",
"quoted-printable");
Multipart multipart = new MimeMultipart();
multipart.addBodyPart(messageBodyPart);
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
