Auto Ticket Creation

Subject: Auto Ticket Creation

I am trying to set up auto ticket creation.  How do I tell if a ticket has been 
created from an e-mail?  I believe I have configured the mail servers correctly 
and have started the IssueCreate Handler correctly but I don't see any new 
tickets being created.  Do tickets just show up unassigned somewhere?
